rlynn1127 @deenabowen Hi Denise, I wanted you to know that I went to the post office today regarding your purchase. Since, the mailman did not scan the box in the truck, they said the next place to scan it is the processing facility in Miami. They said, since they get an overload of packages over weekend, they said I should give it to Thursday before I call the 800 number and request a possible claim. I am so sorry about this. I wanted to keep you updated.
