@dc9191 I shipped it on Friday. I’m so sorry I don’t know why the USPS site hasn’t updated. I shipped 4 things yesterday and only 2 started tracking. I contacted Poshmark and they said USPS is having tracking issues.

@dc9191 The tracking number is 9405511202061491435659. I submitted a case to USPS the case number is 19149657. The same day I shipped your item I shipped another item that was received days ago. I am also going to the local post office in a few minutes to see if I can find someone to help. I apologize for this. I’ve never had something like this happen and I have been selling items on EBay for years.

@dc9191 I went to the cedar bluff post office in Knoxville TN. The USPS employee said the package should be there by Monday. He didn’t have any info and was unsure as to why the tracking is not showing. He said there have been delays at the hub location at Weisgarber here in Knoxville. Again I apologize.

@dc9191 update: I received a call from USPS the lady I spoke with is working to track down the package. She is supposed to update me within 2 days.

@dbolt1 mail came on Saturday no scarf. You said you would have an update in 2 days. I’ll probably going to have to ask for a refund and if it eventually shows up I’ll send it back. I usually ship UPS as the USPS is not reliable

@dc9191 I am only allowed to use the shipping label provided by Poshmark and it’s USPS priority mail. I have not heard from the post office that is why there is no update. The person at the local office said hopefully it would be there by Monday for what it’s worth. I’m sorry. I have done everything I can and feel terrible this has happened. I’m not sure what Poshmarks procedure is for refunds. I don’t have your payment they hold it until the item is delivered.
