avalonemerald @donnadesha Ok. Here's how this works... apparently. If an item drops more than 10% the shipping rate is only good for one hour. Who knew? So I've learned something. HOWEVER!! Because one of the reasons u probably purchased was because of the discounted shipping rate! So in your package look for the reimbursement for the difference in shipping and a free giftie!!
