crist2 @shoenanza hi. You purchased an item(the slouchy hat) and it’s not going through as being purchased. Posh hasn’t emailed the purchase nor do I have a shipping label. Usually the minute you purchase and item, the seller receives an email confirmation of the purchase and sends a shipping label. I just wanted you to know that I promise it’s not my fault for not being shipped. I have tried to research who to contact but unsuccessful. Let me know is you have any suggestions. Thank you.
