gigi11155 I never even noticed that. You can just have your money back if you can just change my rating. I’m so sorry!! Probably because of all the lace and eyes not as good as they used to be.!! I’m terribly sorry!! I bought them new and didn’t even notice it. All you had to do was tell me instead of giving me a 1 star rating. I think most people understand how important those ratings are!! happyhearts0216 @dashsnix I did ship it, for some reason it has not started tracking. I have contacted Posh CS twice to let them know. I am so sorry about this! I dropped my phone and the screen broke so unfortunately I'm not able to do any automated calls.

happyhearts0216 @dashsnix I originally tried to contact USPS with the tracking number (multiple times) and as hard as I tried to get around the automated system, to a human, I couldn't. The automated system kept taking me in circles. I feel so bad, that's why I reached out to Posh with copies of my tracking receipt to see if they could help

happyhearts0216 @dashsnix actually the Postmaster was able to track it with a video and could see it delivered on Friday, December 6 right at your mailbox at 11:29am. She said if you don't have it some one may have taken it and if that's the case, you may need to file a police report?!?!
