maggiell Hey! I’m really bummed that the red wings were marked as a size 8 but are actually a 7.5. Since they took so long to ship, I couldn’t decline the order because I was away. If you have any way to work out a return with me, please let me know. This was a big splurge for me and I’m really bummed that you didn’t note the size correctly.

diandrabree @maggiell hey! I just reached out to poshmark! Im pretty convinced they were 8s. But i just told them i wanted to offer you can send them back. I shipped it right after but the post office delayed. You can def send them back. They are in great condition and dont want you to be bummed!

maggiell @diandrabree thank you!! I adore them but the tag does say 7.5. And I’ve had that happen with shipping before and it’s a drag!! Hopefully posh will let us do a refund because then the posh commission and the shipping will be refunded too (as opposed to if I have to resell them). I appreciate you reaching out to customer service; I’ll do the same

maggiell @diandrabree hi! I totally assumed they were in touch with you, too— they gave me some Poshmark credit to offset the loss when I reposh them. I guess there’s no way around the 3 day window they give. Thanks for being in touch with them! I really appreciate that
