Hi! I'm Dianna. My Posh Journey started with a pair of designer shoes that needed a new home. I listed them, they sold and I was HOOKED!! I love Poshmark so much because of the fashion and all my friends that I have met along the way! I appreciate every sale and send my packages promptly and with Posh Love. I have a Non Smoking home and all my items are clean if not new. I would never sell anything that I wouldn't be proud of and my wish is that every article of clothing bring joy!❤️

I'm sorry to bother you but I noticed that you changed your rating on the Burt's Bees items. In the description of the listing it stated 4 pieces, 1 tube of cream and 3 lip balm. The description specifically said 3 beeswax lip balm. I take pride in sending out quality products exactly as described in my listings.

If there is damage to something or something is missing it is always listed in the description. So if you look at the listing description you will see the lip balm says 3 pieces. You received exactly what was described in the listing. Thank you and have a great day.

And just so you are aware the reason there was only 3 lip balms is because one of them was opened I did not want to sell that one. @bones1102 no bother at all. It's simple. Go to the section underMy Sales. Click on the item you sold and there's an option to download the shipping label. Just download it to your computer and print. Normally Posh will email you it but it's easier to just do it there I think! Let me know if you have problems and I'm always here to help. Did you get the reply about going under the my sales tab? That's where you will download the shipping label. Click on the item you sold and there is an option to download shipping label. Download it to your computer and print it. Attach it securely because it's going to be thin so make sure you cover it good with tape. Don't forget to wrap your package pretty and include a thank you.

I think by me gaining all of this weight,over the last 10 years-I've just worn whatever fits! I want to look & feel cute again! I AM Only in my mid-40's!!!

You were SMART to cancel the sale on that awful Tinalynn woman in GA.. She RIPPED the item I sold her then opened a case and returned it. I'm so upset. Now i have to repair the item so i can relist it...all for FIFTEEN DOLLARS . WHO does that. Shes hateful.
