reneegalpin @dillonmc04 Ughhhh, my tracking info says it’s been in ND for weeks. It says due to severe weather there may be delays. Let me see if I can find out anymore. Crazy that it’s taking this long.

reneegalpin @dillonmc04 I’ve tried calling and the automated system said it’s still on its way. Someone was supposed to call me back to give me More info and they never did. I’m so frustrated, I will keep trying. I hope it arrives SOON, this is unacceptable for the post office.

reneegalpin @dillonmc04 I just it off the phone with the post office, because I do not have access to your address they cannot help me. They said you need to call with the tracking info and give them your address so they can find out what has happened. I have the tracking number if you do not have that. Please let me know

dillonmc04 @reneegalpin did you call the local post office or is there another number I can call besides the automatic system? The automatic system tells me the exact same thing. I do have access to the tracking number.

reneegalpin @dillonmc04 I called the usps customer service number, it took me a long time to finally get to customer service. I had to leave my number and they called me back the next day. Typically they should call back within an hour, apparently they had technical problems. I hope this helps, I’m so sorry about this.

reneegalpin @dillonmc04 I just heard back from Poshmark and they said to wait until 3/3 to see if the shipping has been updated. If not they said they have a plan for the next steps.

reneegalpin @dillonmc04 I just received another email From the post office stating that the post office has lost the package and you and I will both be reimbursed. I’ve never had this happen, although I’m extremely disappointed it’s been lost I’m relieved that Poshmark will reimburse us both. I’m so sorry for the inconvenience.
