bephotojennic Hi, just wanted to let you know posh takes 20% from our sales, so your offer of less than half with the fees is very low. You probably wouldn't take a 45% offer on a house that was costing you 20% to sell. If you'd like to make a reasonable offer I would negotiate some, but would need to be a fair deal to both sides.
