Hello Dotta, I made a purchase on December 3rd for the coach bag. The item shows it has not shipped still and it is now December 11th. I’ve left messages with you and posh but havnt received any info back. This purchase is a Christmas present and I’m worried it’s not going to come and I now will not have time to arrange another purchase if necessary. I do not want a refund. I’m hoping something just held things up.

It’s now December 18th and my item purchased on December 3rd still hasn’t shipped. If it doesnt ship by tomorrow it wont make it in time for Christmas. TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!
