beachgrass Hello, I sent a message, yesterday, regarding my purchase of your Prada bag. Posh has authenticated the bag; however, they noted the cards were not included. This is not an issue until I want to sell. However, more so, the bag was listed as Brand New. Posh identified rubbing on the corners and sent pics. In light of this, how do you want to proceed? Are you open to renegotiating the price? Do you prefer to re-list it? Might you please let me know. Thank you.

beachgrass Hello, I have been going around with Poshmark for the past 5 days. Unless I refuse the item and make a complaint, which I do not want to do, they will not refund the $100. Additionally, they shipped to my old address and I had to call the PO and have it rerouted. What a mess. Would you be open to sending me a check so that we may reach an equitable resolution? Thank you for the anticipated favor of your reply.

beachgrass I agree. In response to my emails, they have sent 5 form letters that do not address the issue. No way to phone or speak with a human.
