daniellegrigsby @emmermann Awesome. I have never handled a return like this on Poshmark, but I think the order has been cancelled so I believe you have to go through the buying process again for me to be able to print the correct shipping label and to be paid. Let me know if you think that’s correct.

Thanks again😊 Thanks for your email. Once you receive the wrong item back and the case has been closed, feel free to create a new listing for the buyer to purchase so you can ship out the correct item to the buyer, if they wish to continue the sale.
