michelletdidier @elenarose6906 hi - I just tried on the Natalie Martin dress and it was a hole in it. Also arrived with an odd smell which I opted to ignore as it can be cleaned. But the hole is another story. Wasn’t noticeable until I tried it on as it’s hidden in the seam by one of the ruffles. Wanted to contact you to see how you’d like to proceed? I guess I should have tried it on before rating but hopefully you’ll see this and get back to me. Thanks!

elenarose6906 @michelletdidier hi!! Oh no! I didn’t see the hole , I would have never sold it . I purchased it from her directly on sale , and it didn’t fit , I never wore it . Also , not sure about the smell. If you would like to send back I will refund you. Or I can offer an extra discount if you think it’s fixable ?

michelletdidier @elenarose6906 I really appreciate your kind and prompt response to fix the situation. The hole is reparable and it’s on the seam about 2” long. It’s a beautiful dress so I think I’ll get it repaired. No need for a return/refund. Just appreciate you’re willingness to make it right. Thank you 😊

elenarose6906 @cbeights hi! I am 5’5”, and 140lbs, and the dress just doesn’t look nice on me. I have a small upper body and wider hips so it’s just not flattering on me unfortunately.
