sagg1111 Hi I bought the grey cashmere sweater and I just tried it on and it has 2 small holes on the front right and shoulder. I will have it fixed but I think some compensation should be made !

I’d be happy to give you something if there is a way, and again I’m so sorry that there was a hole in the sweater, I did not realize it was there. Thank you

eliana_16 @sagg1111 if you would like to choose something else in my closet, I could either discount it or potentially give it to you for free if it is already at a relatively low price. You could choose something and I could tell you if I could give it to you or at least lower the price to compensate for the sweater if you want.

sagg1111 What I would like is a $10 refund ,which is the cost to fix the 3 holes ( yes I found another ) If you give me a Poshmark credit that would be great !

eliana_16 @sagg1111 ok. I looked that the poshmark policy and it says that if you have a problem with an item you can contact them and they will help work it out. So, if you would still like a partial refund or credit you can contact poshmark services. If not my offer still stands of a discount on any other item or a free gift. Again, I’m very sorry about the hole in the sweater and would be happy to compensate for this, just please inform services and they will be able to help. Thank you!
