lucijane11 Hi there! I am so so sorry. I don’t know if it was my fault, but my Grandma passed away and my daughter had to go to the ER in the same week. I had a rough couple weeks and the items got mixed up! I’ve NEVER had this happen before and feel so awful.

lucijane11 You have a customers necklace and she has your earrings. She is sending the earrings back to me. If you can open a case saying it was wrong item and send back to me. Or you can just send the necklace to me and I’ll reimburse you the shipping when I send the earrings back to you. I’ll send them to you as soon as I get it back!!! Either way is fine. I also will send you a free extra gift! I’m so so sorry for the inconvenience. Again, I feel awful!

The other customer wrote to please send her my shipping label so she can send back to me. Not to refund but to just send back. Then when I receive the earrings/necklace, I’ll send the earrings back to you. I think you should contact them so you don’t have to pay for shipping! I’m so sorry once again...I feel terrible!
