lilibethmcneill I'm sorry you feel the Dooney you purchased from me is not as described. Scratches are the normal wear on a Dooney Florentine. I feel the Dooney Smith was in better condition than the one you are now listing, that you are selling for more. I'm a very honest person and fealt the 3 rating was not appropriate.

signgrl @lilibethmcneill the pictures from the front view show zero signs of scratching or damage, but there are actually scratches everywhere, some pretty deep. I’ve spent the last almost 2 hours trying to condition them out. The bag I’m selling has nowhere near the scratches this one does. It just makes me a little frustrated when I order a bag that is pictured to be in a certain condition and am disappointed when it arrives in a condition like this one.
