beautyblogger24 @mcsoben Hi that app won’t let me respond to you they took away my message privileges because I told you to send me a video and I will just refund because it’s easier to just refund. Otherwise they create a case and look at it for 3 days then make me pay return shipping on an item I can’t sell if someone has got.

beautyblogger24 @1shooter I’m sorry I can’t do anything you opened a case so you have to wait for the app to do something now about 1-2 weeks. If you would’ve come to me I could’ve sent another I’m sorry but I do need prof cause I check the items when shipped so there shouldn’t be a problem

beautyblogger24 @1shooter if you are having trouble using it if that’s what you’re saying, the syringe is locked and you have to unlock it by turning the end of the syring so it unlocks and you can then pump the product out :)

beautyblogger24 @1shooter if you want to do that and I see that it is in fact empty I will ship a new one. Yes the app is quite complicated I don’t know why they don’t allow direct messages between buyer and seller. Make sure when you ship back to write a note inside so I can remember this such as “check if it’s empty and send me another like we discussed” make sure your address is on the package because I cannot see it on here so I will need it on the package to ship another :)

beautyblogger24 @bahamiangirl96 awe thanks so much! 99% of the time my items are firm and with the jelessi they are already $4300-4500 discounted and I sell at the price they are with the 20% fees and taxes on $200 I make only $150 and I need to profit $10 off my items so I can pay for packaging etc and my time ♥️ usually I just price good so they just sell instead of overpricing and getting offers
