taterhune hi I just saw your rating ☹️ so bummed to hear about the shoes. Unfortunately you accepted them before you rated them-- I don't know if there's a way to undue that and give you your money back. Otherwise there's an option to say there's an issue then. I can ask about that if you haven't already, please let me know. Or is there another comparable price item in my closet you would like?

emsankey @taterhune Hello there. Yes, I was terribly disappointed that the shoes fell apart after wearing them for the first time. I have not heard back from PoshMark. taterhune Hi--here is the response I got from Posh: "Thanks for reaching out to us and letting us know about this! We recommend that your buyer reach out to us directly so that we may further assist them with the issue they're currently experiencing with the shoes. Rest assured, we'll work directly with your buyer to provide a solution that benefits them as needed." so hopefully if you send them a message they will get you a refund!
