Hi! I'm Ella. I’ve been an online reseller for 15+ years. Took a break due to work and am returning as a more regular seller. I had a Posh account previously but closed and deleted it due to no time. All items are from my household and any clothing has always been washed prior to listing in All Free and lined dried. Our items do not go in the dryer, ever. We are also a non smoking home with 2 cats who are kept away from the items however a stray hair can find its way in occasionally. I usually ship same day if the order is placed prior to 3pm EST or next day. I’m unable to ship on holidays or weekends. Any orders placed after 3pm Friday will ship promptly Monday afternoon. All orders are packaged in a bag and then outside packaging either a box or polymailer to protect your items. All items after purchase are photographed with your name, address and order number to protect both the buyer and myself from a potential bad transaction. If you have any questions or need assistance please let me know. I try to keep up with messages daily. I do work a full time job so if you need something asap I may not get back with you until evening time.
