margo1065 Hi. I just received the dRA dress I ordered from you. It came fine, but I have the same dress in black. It a size large and fits fine, if anything it’s a little on the big side for me. So I ordered the dRA dress from you in a large as well. It is much smaller. Can I return or exchange it for an extra large? This is the first time I’ve ordered on Poshmark so forgive me if this is something I should know. My order number is 60d51bc5727b3e98179eb6fd

margo1065 @colourtheory so the policy is there are no returns. That’s kind of unfortunate. I’m just having trouble understanding how I can have the exact same dress in the same size, just in different colors, and one can be so much smaller than the other. Are your dresses irregulars? Is that why you have so many? It just seems strange.

colourtheory @margo1065 Purchased directly from the brand. That’s why it’s new with tags. I used to have a retail store. You purchased the last large.

colourtheory @margo1065 as far as I know the sizing is not irregular, I haven’t heard any feedback. I don’t have any product that’s new with tags not purchased from the brand. Based in the what you state, you could select “Item not as described” based on the fact that you have another dress from the label and see if Poshmark process the return with this reason code. That would be what I can offer.
