oliviai_10 Hi, @ellengyoung I purchased a speedy on Feb 1st 2020. And I still have not received my item. I went to my local post office to track my item and I was told that the item never left Kentucky post office. Can you please try to reach them and see what’s going on. Ok was supposed to receive it on February 7 and I’m trying to track it and it’s shows it’s on transit to the next facility and it’s been like that since Feb 8.
