kiriss Hi Ellie! I’d like to apologise for this delivery issue with post office! I sent you a package being sure you will get it before Xmas, and couldnt imagine there will be such awful delay. I have contacted Posh support, but don’t know if they can help somehow.

kiriss @ei2158 Hi! I’ve contacted usps and they only told me that the item is in transit and they can’t answer me where it is exactly in this moment. But its been more than 3 weeks and I felt bad for both of us. I texted to posh support and they tried to track package. Later they texted me back that “Unfortunately, it looks like your order has stopped tracking and has likely been lost by the shipping carrier”

kiriss . I know that USPS is a wild mess right now and maybe there is still a chance you will receive this package.. so maybe just wait for couple of weeks before you order another shoes.
