elellasm @shopgreatdeal hi. Thank you for reaching out. I sent photos to Poshmark and emailed with their rep. They said my time ran out. The rep didn’t want to talk about it. They sent me the same message reworded. It was bad. Just in case you mail fragile items again, securely wrap them in bubble wrap and fill movement gaps. Before I opened it I knew it was broken. It even cut my hand.
