ottxx141 Hi Elysia, I am sorry but I accidentally mislabeled the Ann Taylor pencil skirt. It is a size XS and not a 0. The sizes are the same as I usually buy one or the other. I hope that is ok.

ottxx141 @elysiapecia The waist measurement lying flat is 14 inches. This is the same as the size zero . The skirt is quite stretchy and therefore it probably made more sense to label it a XS.
