tegarza Hi, I am the red crocs seller you just received. I did not realize they were a gift but the mailing box was not for that pair and was one I had in my box collection. They crocs were described as New with tags which they were but did not list with box as they didn’t come in a box from the Crocs Outlet where I purchased them. Sorry to see you were disappointed. I sold 2 other crocs last week and they went in plain recycled boxes. I aim for 5 stars in my sales so felt the need to explain. Teri
