ritarobinson45 @ekschroeder806 hi! I was wondering why you knocked off a star for “ship time”. It sold at 1:17am in the morning my time and I had it out that same day to the post lady. You received it in 2 days when it was labeled 2 day shipping. It came in 2 days, no issues. It was unfair to knock off a star when I shipped it the same day you ordered it. Most sellers do not ship till 2-5 days after an item was sold.

kodiakkitty @ritarobinson45 she did the same to mine.! And packaging, and item cleanliness and item description. Basically anything you could choose. I wrapped my item in 2 sheets of clean tissue paper and tied it with twine. I used new packaging for her and everything. Crazy.

ekschroeder806 @ritarobinson45 ok. I didn't understand that the options for packaging, etc when rating was for not doing well. I thought it was for reasoning for the good stars. also 4 four stars is practically the same as 5 stars. I dont give anyone 5 stars. not evwn myself because one can always improve.

ritarobinson45 @ekschroeder806 you cannot rate yourself on Poshmark. I’ve had over 600 sales between this account & my other Poshmark account & I never get 4 stars, always 5 stars. You are suppose to rate the product. Yes if it arrived 15 days after you bought an item, the yes mention something about it. Almost all sellers get 5 stars & it is hurtful to get less.

ritarobinson45 @ekschroeder806 I doubled packaged your product & went beyond wrapping it even in bubble wrap & a card. Anyone who did that for something I bought would definitely get 5 stars. If you need help with Poshmark let me know I’ve been on here for years. Thank you ❤️

ritarobinson45 @kodiakkitty thank you for letting me know. I doubled boxed her item twice both I tissue paper, ribbon & bubble wrap. Ppl need to be aware that sellers go beyond to get 5 stars. It’s very hurtful to me to get less than 5 stars especially shopping same day when my mom is in the hospital very ill ❤️❤️❤️

I agree that the item is what should be rated not the seller for “not being a perfect human.” Aka robot. It will be okay tho. I hope the best for your mom! Sending hugs to you and your family.
