Hi welcome to posh 💁. As a posher that has learned from mistakes I just want to help. I see you have some items that are "heavy" in your closet. Every time someone buys from your closet the prepaid shipping label has a weight limit of 5lbs. If you need a heavier shipping label YOU as the seller have to pay the extra. It's $3.99 if your item is between 5 and 6lbs...

and $4.99 if your item is between 6 and 7lbs... etc. The first time my item that I was selling was more than the standard shipping label of 5lbs or less I myself paid $7.99 on a bundle of kids clothes that I made 5 dollars off of. I hope this makes sense and since I experienced this I just wanted to let you know.
