I sold an item the I the I the other day and my earnings were 44 dollars they are trying to give me 12.00 to redeem saying the rest is on my posh account that I have never used nor do I see where it was given . In the past they have always asked I would like to redeem my earnings but they didn't know this nor do I see where I have posh credit. And it is making me feel Leary as if I cannot trust this company.

@chochip Hi Erica! Sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you. I haven't been home and I have not been on Posh for a few hours. Poshmark is usually very good about resolving problems no matter what they are period I have had a few problems with customers and then one problem that I caused by mistake, and they always have resolved the issues. You can trust them. What you need to do is send Poshmark support an email describing in detail what the situation is. I hope this helps! Xo Amy
