danderson1987 I ordered the mens leather Justin boots for my husband for Christmas. They were advertised as size 12D, even the box said 12D. When he opened them on Christmas Day, he couldn’t even get his foot in one. They said size 9D on the inside of the boot. Needless to say, it was not a fun thing to discover on Christmas morning!!

azfashiongirl @danderson1987 - I just read. You can go to item and initiate a return if the wrong item was sent. It will ask for a picture. Then when I accept it, you can print label and send. Bummer for both of us the shipping was a lot on boots.
