careful_carol @ericah1028 Hi Erica - This is a lovely dress in perfect condition. Theory is an expensive brand for good reason. Comparables on Poshmark for Theory maxi dresses are $40, which is about 10%. I appreciate your offer, but cannot accept it. Hope you reconsider - much lesser items in many Closets are selling for about that. Thanks for your interest. Carol
