peds Hi Erin, I was checking my emails last night an discovered I was charged for an item in your closet that I did not purchase. Order #5c53541ff30369319108a47b. It’s for a toddler’s dress. My daughter is 5 years old so there is no reason I would purchase this item. I contacted Poshmark and they got back to me this morning saying “there’s nothing they can do” and recommended I contact you. If u haven’t shipped the item please cancel.

erinaerina @peds hi, sorry about that, how strange! I was able to get the package back because my carrier hadn’t come yet! Glad you caught me before I left for the day! However not sure how to proceed with the cancellation because I know as a seller cancellation is frowned on and I’m not seeing an option to choose buyer canceled. I emailed poshMark Support so I will see if they can cancel it from their end, also if you think your account was hacked or something maybe change your password?

They already emailed back and said they were able to cancel on their end, the reason they told you no was because after I put my packages out I marked it shipped so from their perspective it was too late, but I explained that the mail carrier hasn’t come yet and they said no problem then, you should see a refund soon I’m sure! :) thanks!

happyhensfarm Just being nosy..but on the accidental purchase, i know that a lot of the time when im scrolling, i hit the ~buy now~ button.. and when i say a lot of the time, i mean like 40 times a day.. lucky ive always caught it but it would be very easy to tap the screen twice and buy.. bc its literally "buy now" and then "confirm".. ive not figured a work around but noticed its easier to do on my s10+ than it was my s7 :(
