I did a little digging and found instructions on how to open a case for a return (I’ve never had a return before so this is new to me 😊):
To report a problem with the return:
In the app
Go to your Account Tab (@username)
Select My Sales
Select the order
Select Problems / Order Inquiry
Select Report Problem with Return
