nicoleugel Hi Erin, I was ironing your pants before I put them in the mail to you, and accidentally put a hole in them with the iron. The hole is not fixable, and I unfortunately ruined the pants. I emailed Poshmark explaining what happened, but they still haven’t responded. I’m not sure how this works, but is there a way you can cancel the sale?
