Hi, I received the parcel, thank you for the quick delivery!
I was quite surprised about the sweater because in the ad it said brand new and even with the tag on it, it looks very used. I love knit sweaters and I own quite a few, the yarn on the sweater looks like it's been worn and washed several times, my sweaters look like this usually after a year...

@selestee_ ok not sure how returns are handled. Do we need to go through Poshmark? I don’t mind you returning it I just don’t want to be charged for the return or get a strike against me. ☹️ I want my buyers to be happy 😬

I'm not sure how returns work, because they don't offer it on the site and I wouldn't like to cause any harm in your boutique. I can take the package to the post tomorrow morning and send you the tracking number. Then I can accept the sold on poshmark and I will give you my bank account info so you can transfer back the money ?

@selestee_ I just emailed Poshmark and asked them how to handle a return without you having to "purchase". We can either wait to hear from them or you can try accidental purchase and see what happens.

@selestee_ hi yes it seems it did automatically accept. I haven’t heard back from Poshmark yet but I am guessing the Holiday is the cause of that. I will try reaching out to them tomorrow. I will leave the money in my account till they tell me how to handle this. Ok.
