ddsloveshak Could you let me know what was wrong with your package ?? We have never had anyone complain and I really want to know what was wrong . Should have been in cellophane envelope in usps tyvec envelope which is very protective . Also should have had a packing slip ... your info is greatly appreciated.. we always have 5 star ratings so this is important to us ☺️

eurekamoment @ddsloveshak oh hi, sorry I thought this would turn back to USPS. The package ended up being relocated in the USPS location which I have to pick it up in person. I guess the package is oversize to fit in the mail box...

ddsloveshak @eurekamoment no the lower rating only hurts Me as a seller and we really strive to have great ratings . The USPS has all kids of crazy going on and packages being sent all around the wrong places and delayed too . I’m sorry it was problematic . Please if you will give us a 5 star rating as the usps is nothing we can change . I do hope you love the dress ! Looks like you would be stunning in it ! Thanks so much for getting back to me ❤️❤️❤️
