fanattic @bdickey427 unsure, as certain designs seem to have slight variation in crown height with most being classified as medium-high. if you are interested in a particular one, we can give you the measurement of the height of the crown. Type in "crown height" in the comments of the ones you are interested and we will get back to you.

fanattic @ebarnes77 yes, if its on a hat model that our product designers currently have. We can have our graphics personnel assess your design project. If you have a particular image to share, you can make a posting, mark it "not for sale" and tag us in the comments of that listing. It's the only way posh app allows image sharing prior to purchase as they might block any external links. Also if you could describe the type of hat/color you'd like in your post. Thank you for your interest!

fanattic @karenbradley540 it might be under "my balance" tab - as 10 dollar credit. Sometimes it also shows up when you are checking out, when you get to the part you are about to pay, there will be a 10 dollar deduction (it will look part of an itemizing of totals: item price, tax, shipping etc). Do not press pay unless you see the credit.

gkupets You have a great selection of hats! I've had bad luck on occasion with sellers who send hats in bags (instead of boxes) and the hats tend to get crushed. Do you send in bags or boxes? If bags, would you consider a box if we asked or if we bought more than one hat?

fanattic @gkupets thank you for your interest! We ship all hats in a box, even if it's only 1 hat. (The hats stay new and clean in a sealed plastic bag, and it ships in a box from that condition)

gkupets Fannatics, I just ordered 3 hats from you (2 Steelers & 1 Frosty Freeze). Please ship those in a small box as opposed to a bag. It's my experience that hats get mangled while being shipped in bags. If that's a problem, then please cancel the order. There will be no hard feelings. I hope that is reasonable. Thank you, George
