puredaisy @mmdell11 I have a bunch of questions: Why can’t I speak to a live person? How long are my listings online? How will I be notified if something sells? Once an item sells, do you provide the shipping box & label? How is my money from my sell sent to me? This is my first time posting items on Poshmark, and your website isn’t clear on the questions I’ve just asked. Please get back to me with clear answers to my questions. Thank you.

mmdell11 @puredaisy if you go to the right bottom corner where it has your icon and username then click on it and then click “guide to poshmark” it has a lot of info on it! I am not sure what you mean about a live person. Poshmark will notify you when you sell. Poshmark will email you a shipping label and you print that out and package it and send it. You can get free boxes at the post office! Listings will stay on forever unless you turn them off!

mmdell11 @puredaisy money will be redeemable in your “balance” section and you can either keep in on here to buy other clothes or send it to your bank account, and you receive the money once your buyer accepts their package

mmdell11 @puredaisy you cannot change your username. You can change your actual name by going to your closet and clicking “about” & then “edit”

puredaisy Thank you for your prompt response. What I meant by a live person, was a phone number to call to speak to a “live” person. It makes a person like me, that’s new to Poshmark, feel lost, when I have so many questions, and nobody to ask a question to.
