poshionistas @lettyhewlett the sole has a crack, something I've never seen in a Born shoe. I was bummed! I have a pair of Cole Haan brown loafers that I haven't listed yet. I'll tag you when i do and I'll give you a big discount if you like them.

jax316 Hi - I just saw your comment and rating on the Brighton business card holder you purchased from me. I’m so sorry that it broke in transit. I’m not sure why funds were released to me if that’s the case? I wanted you to know that I have contacted them to see if anything can be done about this. I know I can’t control the postal service or what happens in transit, But I don’t want you to have paid for what is now a broken item. I would happily give back the proceeds.

jax316 @lettyhewlett It was definitely in perfect condition when it left my home. I can only guess that it was severely dropped or crushed during transport. So unfortunate. I will let you know as soon as I hear back from the support team. Hopefully they can somehow assist us. I’m not sure what they can/will do about their fees or the shipping, but I will tell them to refund my proceeds if they can.

jax316 @lettyhewlett just a quick update. They told me that they don’t currently have a way to issue a partial refund or discount on a sale that has gone through....but they did say to have you contact them directly (which I think you probably already did). I’m sorry I didn’t have any luck, but maybe as the buyer you will.

brooke10318 @lettyhewlett Don’t be sorry ask as many questions as you want. I would put them in the wash on small load with 2 tablespoons of vinegar and laundry detergent.
