kallimerra @carrieday13 ~ I received notification from them this morning that I should have reported the issue before I accepted the offer. They are also telling me I should have opened the case 3 days of the item being received (which I did). This is extremely disappointing.

andie1955 Fran, I am so sorry about the earrings card. It was old, like pressed paper and the earrings were a little hard to take out to polish. That’s when it just split in 2 right down from one of the holes. I never thought it could be a gift!? I will look around my mess of things for another one. I have several Lois Hill pieces. If I find one, I’ll send to you. Thank you for the 5 star rating in view of your disappointment.💕
