deluxerelease @gsettele hello! I don't know if you have checked the tracking info of your item but I think something is wrong with your shipping address, on usps website, it says 'undeliverable as addressed'. It would be helpful if you would communicate with me on these! Thank you!

deluxerelease Please accept my sincere apology Gabbie for over reacting and judging you right away. I know that in my part that is why I took down my post about you hours after I posted it. It didn't help that I have been scammed a couple of times on the other app I am using just a few weeks ago. In this regard, I failed. 😣

gsettele @giovanna20 I've been waiting for a response from them regarding this whole situation and they told me not to accept it yet until they handle everything. But no I will not be keeping it. Just waiting to hear back and to know what my next steps are.

deluxerelease @gsettele I see. Because I know they told me they'll be sending you a return shipping shipping label so you can send it back then after I received it, they'll be refunding you.

deluxerelease And it was 3 full days since they've told they're going to send you a return shipping label. I just contacted help support again just so we can get this done and over with and move on.

gsettele @giovanna20 all of that info you received on your end about the shipping label...I had not been informed of at all on my end.. I would be happy to send it back once I received a label from them and move on as well.
