ericabulger19 Hi!! This is Erica Bulger and I just realized I shipped the wrong shoes to you, I am so sorry. I sold two of my black shoes and noticed I switched the labels. I submitted the problem to posh. I luckily had not shipped the shoes you purchased yet, but you are going to receive the wrong ones. I should be able to get the correct pair in the mail to you shortly. I can add a return label with the shoes for you to ship the others back. Unless posh tells me to do something else. I am so sorry!!!

gnreuter @ericabulger19 hi Erica, Poshmark sent me a return label for the shoes to be sent back to you. Do you want me to use that return label to send them back or wait until the correct shoes arrive with the other shipping label?

ericabulger19 @gnreuter go ahead and use the shipping label they provided. Per posh I need to wait until I receive the item back & you receive the refund. Once that happens you can purchase the item again & I can send the correct item. They are making this more complicated. I tried to send the item on Saturday.. but they told me not to until someone contacted me via email. I never got a response of course. I already have the item ready to ship the second I get the other pair back. Again, I am so sorry!!
