jumbled @g_rossetti ok, so background - it’s best to have a white, close to white background bc Google will pick it up sometimes when people do searches. There is an app (I have it on my iPhone) called PhotoRoom. It’s free. It will change your background to white. It’s pretty easy to use but if you get stuck, let me know and I can help.

g_rossetti @jumbled why are peoples Payments getting declined? I got a text saying I had to pay 500$ to get verified. I am not comfortable doing that. Is that true

jumbled @g_rossetti I have never heard of paying to get verified. That does not sound right - Contact Poshmark Support and let them know what’s happening.

jumbled @g_rossetti you can also go to Poshmark Support online and enter into their search tool “getting verified” or something like that. It will explain things. There is a verification process on your first sale but it’s just a process - no fee to get verified. I think it’s through a text message and it costs nothing at all. It’s just to make sure you are you

jumbled @g_rossetti if one of the Burberry bags gets sold, there is an authorization process but you’ll have to ask Poshmark Support how to do it. I don’t sell luxury so I’m not sure how it works but I’ve heard there is one. It’s to protect buyers
