lulu_n_lizzy I left an extended message about the dress. It is not where it should have been in our inventory and I have not located it I hope you received the message and I am so sorry. I did not want to have to wait and was giving you the opportunity to seek something else on Poshmart. I also notified Poshmart to refund your money. Apparently they don’t read their messages. Today was the 4th time I notified them. So very sorry. I don’t understand what happened on our end.

lulu_n_lizzy @sdmdesign I might have put my message in the wrong place, so I will briefly rewrite it. The dress has been filed in the wrong area and we are unable to find it. Rather than have you wait we told Poshmark to refund your money. Apparently they did not see my message. 4 times I wrote to them. I am very sorry. With the amount of inventory it is very hard to go thru everything. So very sorry Definitely not the way to run a business
