biancabadurina @genia3217 Idk what happened I shipped the bag Jan 2 using the prepaid label. I am no longer able to view the tracking of the bag just the order # and that it was delivered. I received notification on Jan 5 that there was a delay, then Jan 6 that it was back on track and then 4 days ago I was notified that it was delivered. I’m so sorry you did not receive the bag. I am trying to contact costumer service. Were you able to track the bag while it was in transit?
