o000871 Hi! The Boots I purchased from you are damaged inside the right heal of the sole. I'm sorry I can't figure out how to send you a private message or else I would have. But when I try the right foot on there is a tear or something sharp that is scratching the back of my heal that prevents me from wearing them. Let me know how to go about returning these to you. I'm sad cuz these are really sharp! Thanks in advance!
