lilybuds HI Gillian, please don't be discouraged about the quality of people on PM. Most everyone is truly wonderful! The lady who sold you a bad item just scammed me too. You don't have to mail her anything unless Poshmark sends you a label to do so and I seems as if they did not. You can always contact PM with questions or concerns also.
