motherlord913 @arnettbecky62 - the boots are marked 6 1/2 which is men’s sizing but they fit like a women’s 8 ( which is the size I wear). I’m not sure of how returns work either as I am relatively new to this, but you are welcome to send them back.

motherlord913 @arnettbecky62 i just googled returns- it says all sales are final, but in certain cases, you need to open a case & request a return-if there was a specific issue ( ie: not as described). I did post photo of the size and commented on the fit, so Unfortunately, you may not have any recourse. You can always reposh- suggestion would be to wait for their specials on reposhing items. Sorry!
