slau510 @giselammm is it possible that the apartment office is hilding the package or a neighbor from the complex inadvertently took it? I submitted an email to poshmark and ask them what are next steps.

giselammm @slau510 thanks I don't have idea. I asked the neighbors and they don't took the package. But you never know. Let me know is there any chance to verify with usps the address delivery

slau510 @giselammm 😞 sooooo sorry!!!! I haven't heard from poshmark for next steps -- did you also contacted them to let them know that you did not receive the package so they can give yoj a refund??? this sucks!!! my poor red tory burch!!!!

slau510 poshmark just replied and they said that the buyer would need to contact them directly to help with next steps. I hope they will issue some sort of refund or credit to you asap.
