thestylelocker @gordonoliver Hi! Do you mean someone on Poshmark scamming customers or a posher account that seems as if they’re a robot? Poshmark has policies where people cannot scam customers. For example, you cannot sell fake or non-authentic items due to copyrights and fraud. So if you do believe or suspect someone is trying to scam their customers or use a fake profile, you can report that. Each post has a flag button that lets you do this. Hopefully this helps. thestylelocker @gordonoliver I think for safety purposes, you shouldn’t text them even if they gave your their number. For example, a customer who was looking at one of my items wanted me to email them to see if that item was still available even though I could’ve responded to them on Poshmark. So instead I responded to them on Poshmark for safety purposes. You can also refer to Poshmark contact services and see what they say because I know they have a lot of policies on scams and customer safety. :)
