divakiss The blue leopard coat is absolutely gorgeous and I would do just about anything to be the new proud owner of it; however, the way my bank account is set up(in the voice of Kevin Hart), I simply cannot! If you ever get down around $25-$30, I’d definitely consider.

gracebruno @donnacorless I need advise please! I decided to discount my closet today all my items by 10% Because Poshmark was offering discounted shipping on them. I got very tired coach pocketbook that I have that I had listed for $270 and I thought I did 10% and it’s sold right away and I realize it’s sold for $56. I have no idea how that happened. So is it too late because it sold? Ugh!

donnacorless @gracebruno I've heard that its not good to cancel an order, but because there was a price change that wasn't correct, I think you should inform the customer and tell her what happened and that you have to cancel the order because of that. I'd also tell her what the corrected discount price should have been to give her the option of still getting it. Follow the procedures to cancel the order in the help area.

donnacorless @gracebruno Oh darn! Again, I'm so sorry. Is your customer a Poshmark seller? Click on their name to see if they have their own listings. If so, I'd have a conversation with her about it. She may be ok with the cancel because it was a mistake. I'm sure that she would totally understand if she were in the same boat.
